New York–163 Washington Avenue, in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Clinton Hill, has changed hands, and the new owners, 163 Washington Avenue L.L.C., have begun the marketing effort for the property. Construction is complete and the building is available for immediate occupancy. Brooklyn specialist aptsandlofts.com is spearheading the effort to rent the apartments.
