Asset Campus Housing has been contracted to manage Interwest Capital Corp.’s The Woodlands of College Station, a student apartment community in College Station, Texas. The community contains 1,228 units spread across 20 buildings, occupied by students attending Texas A&M University and Blinn College. Prior to the change, Peak Campus Cos. managed the property.

Located at 1725 Harvey Mitchell Parkway S., the buildings sit near a Texas A&M-operated bus line, offering frequent access to the university’s campus. Close to the intersection of Wellborn Road and Harvey Mitchell Parkway, the apartments are within three miles of the Earl Rudder Freeway.

The buildings offers two-, three- and four-bedroom housing options ranging in price from $499 to $659 per person per month, according to the property’s website. Apartments are all fully furnished and include a washer and dryer, internet, cable TV and security system. Community-wide amenities include a fitness center with an outdoor pool, tanning beds, a business center, volleyball and tennis courts and a 24-hour study lounge. All apartments are pet friendly.

The Dovetail Cos. developed the property in 2007. Dovetail sold the community to Interwest in 2013 for almost $50 million, according to Yardi Matrix. Asset Campus is also managing a new student housing property which recently opened near Florida State University’s Tallahassee campus.
