Two Senior Housing Communities to Open in North Austin
Fort Worth-based Civitas Senior Living acquired the assets earlier this year and plans to open the facilities later this autumn. The properties include a variety of amenities that promote interaction.
Civitas Senior Living has two new senior living communities about to open in Austin, Texas. The Fort Worth-based company acquired the assets in July this year.
Double Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care, scheduled to open on October 25, is located at 2300 Louis Henna Blvd. in Round Rock, Texas and consists of 92 units. Tech Ridge Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care, under construction since 2016, will hold its opening ceremony on November 8. The property is located at 400 E. Yager Lane and comprises 86 units.
“These two recent acquisitions meet the Civitas model that we’ve laid out over the next 24 months while adding 25 new communities,” Cooper Vittitow, co-founder & COO for the senior living management group, said in a prepared statement.
Both communities offer a full range of dining options, beauty salons, theaters, therapy gyms, landscaped courtyards, as well as a variety of daily activities to encourage social interaction and promote engagement. Senior by Design, a senior living design group from Fort Worth, Texas, handled the interior design for both.
