Two Roads Development has joined Feldman Equities as partner and co-owner in the development of Riverwalk Place, a luxury condominium tower in Tampa, Fla. The firm will handle design, construction and sale of the condominiums and services in the tower. Smith & Associates of Tampa is the exclusive listing agent.

Riverwalk Place will comprise more than 50 floors, making it the tallest building on the west coast of Florida. Offering more than 150 yards of promenade along the Riverwalk, including up to five waterfront restaurants, the development will feature 10 levels of office space and 33 floors of 200-plus luxury condominium homes accessed by private elevators. Interior features include water views of Tampa Bay and the Hillsborough River, 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies.

Riverwalk Place will be situated between Ashley Drive and Riverwalk, where the existing CapTrust building has been vacated and will be demolished, making way for the main tower. The current open space to the south will offer an integrated parking structure. A plaza along the Riverwalk will run along the base of both buildings, creating access to a series of restaurants and retailers.

“The Riverwalk Place tower will become the centerpiece of the Tampa skyline and the hub of all this growing energy that is developing in downtown Tampa along the river,” said Taylor Collins, managing partner at Two Roads. “Tampa’s market is attracting interest from across the country, and demand is growing for ultra-high-rise towers downtown. We are thrilled to be partnering with Feldman Equities as our co-developer in the project.”
