Triplerr has launched a smart solution, which enables realtors to increase lead-conversation rates. Having the option to record conversations, the voice-lead app was also recently introduced in New York.
Inquiries can be sent through landing pages, social media or referral programs. The Triplerr app allows users to list and display properties while sharing extra leads for a profit. According to the company, customers are called back within five minutes.
The 20-data points voice leads allow agents to listen to customers’ description of requirements. The platform connects property seekers and agents, while also improving agent-response times through the help of app alerts.
“We launched rather quietly in New York this past March,” said Philip Nash, COO of Triplerr, in a prepared statement. “And within three short months, the top five brokerages have their agents signed up and using Triplerr. This includes agents from the big companies such as Douglas Elliman, Corcoran Group, Bold, Halstead, and Compass.”
