Titan Development JV Breaks Ground on $80M Denver Project
Construction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2024.
A joint venture of Titan Development and Pivot Development officially broke ground on The Lock at Flatirons, an $80 million 254-unit luxury community in Broomfield, Colo. The project is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2024.
The development team includes Dwell Design as the project architect, Shaw Construction as the general contractor and the operator will be FPI Management.

The community spans 3.3 acres and will encompass a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Upon completion, interiors will feature modern finishes and appliances in all units and smart home technology. Common-area amenities will include a fitness center, swimming pool, spa, a dog park and spa and coworking space, among others.
Located at 460 Flatiron Blvd., the property is 20 miles from Denver and 11 miles from Boulder. Situated between the two cities, the community has access to the Denver Boulder Turnpike. The development site is part of Interlocken Technology Park within the MidCities District of Broomfield, which offers numerous dining, retail and entertainment options. The Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport is just a few miles away.
The Lock at Flatirons represents Pivot Development’s first Colorado project. As for Titan Development, the company recently broke ground on a San Diego project, slated for completion in 2023.
