Common-area amenities will include a fitness center, swimming pool, spa, a dog park and spa and coworking space, among others.

Located at 460 Flatiron Blvd., the property is 20 miles from Denver and 11 miles from Boulder. Situated between the two cities, the community has access to the Denver Boulder Turnpike. The development site is part of Interlocken Technology Park within the MidCities District of Broomfield, which offers numerous dining, retail and entertainment options. The Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport is just a few miles away.

The Lock at Flatirons represents Pivot Development’s first Colorado project. As for Titan Development, the company recently broke ground on a San Diego project, slated for completion in 2023.
