Thompson Thrift to Kick Off 276-Unit Florida Project
The project marks the developer's 16th multifamily development in the Sunshine State.
Thompson Thrift will develop its 16th multifamily project in Florida, a 276-unit luxury community dubbed Verity. The Vero Beach project is expected to break ground later this month, with completion scheduled for summer 2026.
Upon delivery, Verity will comprise multiple three-story buildings, with one- to three-bedroom floorplans up to 1,400 square feet in size. Units are expected to feature washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances and walk-in closets, as well as private yard and patios for select layouts.
Common-area amenities will consist of a clubhouse with covered pavilion, a fitness center, a coffee bar and social hub, work-from-home suites, a conference room and a swimming pool. Additionally, the community will have electric firepits with seating and grilling areas, a pickleball court and a dog run.
The development will rise on 18 acres at 3745 11th Circle, some 3 miles from Vero Beach Regional Airport. A host of dining and retail options, including the Treasure Coast Plaza shopping mall, will be within a 3-mile radius.
