Vista Pacific Inc. has acquired The Springs at 1100, a 232-unit community in Killeen, Texas. Rhodium Capital Advisors sold the Class B asset, that was 98 percent occupied at the time of closing. The Multifamily Group brokered the transaction.
Built in 1983, the community consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with 11 different floorplans averaging 715 square feet. Common-area amenities include a playground, a dog park, two swimming pools and two laundry facilities.
Located at 1100 Willow Springs Road, the 8.2-acre property is less than a mile south of U.S. Highway 190, midway between Austin and Waco. Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park is less than 2 miles from the community. Dining and retail options are available along U.S. Highway 190, with Killeen Mall less than 4 miles away.
TMG Managing Partner Paul Yazbeck represented the seller and Managing Partner Jon Krebbs procured the buyer. The Springs at 1100 represents the brokerage firm’s second closing in Killeen in 2022, Yazbeck stated in prepared remarks. Earlier this year, TMG also arranged the sale of two assets in Houston, totaling 188 units.
