New York—Elevating the standard for residential offerings in Queens, Onex Real Estate Partners announces that sales have begun at The Grand at Sky View Parc. Following a premier event 120 of the 247 homes have sold at Grand One, the first of three towers to be built as part of The Grand at Sky View Parc, which will bring an additional 800 homes and amenities to the mixed-use project. Grand One is situated above The Shops at Sky View Center, an 800,000-square-foot multi-level retail area with over 30,000 square-feet of dining.

“Achieving 50 percent sold ahead of our official launch is a testament to the superior quality of homes and amenities at The Grand at Sky View Parc, as well as the resounding success of Phase I,” said Michael Dana, president of Onex Real Estate Partners. “The event drew a tremendous response from attendees — many of whom already own in Sky View Parc—and resulted in our team selling out of our limited initial release in only six hours.”

Units at The Grand at Sky View Parc feature hardwood floors, open concept kitchen with breakfast counter with Bosch stainless steel appliance packages, including built-in dishwashers and refrigerators, Scavolini cabinets, LED under cabinet lighting, natural quartz stone countertop and backsplash. The spa-like bathrooms include Kohler fixtures accompanied by porcelain flooring throughout. Residents can choose from studio to three bedroom options from 492 to 1,965 square feet. Prices will range from approximately $489,000 to over $2 million. “We’re committed to answering the demand for full-service, exceptionally designed homes in Flushing by bringing the next level of luxury living to this world-renowned destination,” added Dana.
