The Finch Group Opens Cleveland Apartments

Cleveland–Innova, an apartment development by The Finch Group, has opened. The property includes 177 apartments within a 400,000 square-foot “all-inclusive” pedestrian-friendly site, according to the Boston-based developer.

Innova consists of studio, one- and two-bedroom units that range in size from 512 square feet to about 1,100 square feet. Unit amenities include Energy Star appliances, in-suite washer/dryers, mobile device-controlled smart thermostats, and functional windows.

Common amenities include onsite shopping and parking, fitness center, sky deck, resident lounge and 24-hour concierge service. Other onsite services include a roving night security guard and HD video surveillance. The property is LEED certified.

Innova is in the “Greater” University Circle area in Cleveland, which is an expanded notion of the University Circle neighborhood on the east side of the city, an area known for its concentration of museums and other cultural institutions. The property is adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic’s main campus, and close to University Hospitals and Case Western Reserve University.

Though near a number of universities, the property isn’t classified as student housing. Finch Group executive vice president Blake Bendett explains that Innova is for “students, interns, researchers,” among other residents.
