Completed in 1985 on a 25-acre site, The Park at Lake Como consists of 31 two-story buildings. The unit mix includes one- to three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 569 to 1,230 square feet, per Yardi Matrix. Berkadia Managing Director Jason Stanton of the Tampa office and Senior Managing Director Cole Whitaker of the Orlando office arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer. In March, the same team assisted Aspen Square in the $43 million sale of a 384-unit community located approximately 14 miles east of The Park at Lake Como.
