Talos Holdings Breaks Ground on Phoenix Luxury Project

Talos Holdings has broken ground on The ONE at Mountain Vista, a 345-unit luxury multifamily development in Mesa, Ariz. Biltform Architecture designed the project and EMJ Construction serves as general contractor. Completion is expected by fall 2024
In January, the developer received $85.1 million in construction financing for this project. The capital stack includes a $59.2 million senior loan from Principal Financial Group Insurance Co., according to Yardi Matrix data, and $26 million in preferred equity from a private firm.
The ONE at Mountain Vista will incorporate studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units slated to average 750 square feet. Common-area amenities will encompass a swimming pool, fitness center and dog park as well as a sky lounge and bocce ball court. The project will include health and wellness features, with licensed life coaches available to residents on site. Mark-Taylor Residential will manage the property.
Located at 10635 E. Hampton Ave., the 11-acre site is close to Freeway 60, roughly 15 miles from downtown Mesa and 11 miles from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. In relative proximity to the property there are numerous retail, dining and entertainment options along Superstition Freeway. The Mountain Vista Medical Center is within walking distance.
