SummerHill Apartment Communities Offers New Luxury Living in Mountain View

San Ramon, Calif.—A leader in quality, smart growth, multifamily rental housing, and mixed-use developments officially completed a new luxury rental community in Mountain View, Calif.

SummerHill Apartment Communities, a division of SummerHill Housing Group, presented the 193-unit residential property Domus on the Boulevard. The property is situated at 2650 W. El Camino Real, the “Grand Boulevard,” just north of San Antonio Road.

Located just steps from shopping and restaurants, Domus offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom luxury apartment homes varying in size from 717 to 1,102 square feet. The apartment homes are energy- and water-efficient and include expansive windows, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel ENERGY STAR appliances and European-style cabinetry, wood-style flooring, quartz countertops, a spacious kitchen pantry, in-unit washers and dryers, large walk-in closets, private storage units and balconies or patios.

Domus also provides alternative transportation amenities such as bicycle storage and repair facilities, electric-vehicle charging stations and a resident carpool web portal. Other property amenities include an executive business center, a clubroom with an entertaining kitchen, state-of-the-art fitness studio, resort-style swimming pool with a spa, outdoor kitchen with lounge seating and a fireplace.

Residents will have convenient access to the nearby San Antonio Caltrain station, Silicon Valley employment centers and Stanford University. There are eight Below Market Rate (BMR) units in the development – five one-bedroom units and three two-bedroom units. Resident eligibility is 50 percent to 80 percent of the area median income.

The project architect is Seidel Architects of San Francisco. The general contractor is Western National Builders of Irvine, Calif. The landscape architect is The Guzzardo Partnership of San Francisco. CDC Designs of Costa Mesa, Calif., provided the interior designs. The property manager is Alliance Residential of Phoenix.
