SummerHill Apartment Communities Offers New Luxury Living in Mountain View

Located just steps from shopping and restaurants, Domus offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom luxury apartment homes varying in size from 717 to 1,102 square feet. There are eight Below Market Rate (BMR) units in the development – five one-bedroom units and three two-bedroom units. Resident eligibility is 50 percent to 80 percent of the area median income.

The project architect is Seidel Architects of San Francisco. The general contractor is Western National Builders of Irvine, Calif. The landscape architect is The Guzzardo Partnership of San Francisco. CDC Designs of Costa Mesa, Calif., provided the interior designs. The property manager is Alliance Residential of Phoenix.
