La Bonne Vie’s condominium association has chosen mem property management to manage its 148-unit condo community in Sicklerville, N.J. The property features 19 two-story buildings on 10.3 acres of land. Over the past year, the firm has added a number of other multifamily assets across New Jersey to its residential management portfolio.
Located at 54 Dickenson Drive, the property sits one mile from the entrance to the Atlantic City Expressway, enabling direct access to Philadelphia, approximately 20 miles away. A big-box retail center is situated within two miles, home to a number of major retailers including Kohl’s, PetSmart, Ashley HomeStore and DollarTree. On-site residential amenities include a swimming pool, a tennis court, a fitness center and a clubhouse.
“La Bonne Vie Condominium residents appreciate the well-regarded public schools, central location, diversity and a wealth of cultural and recreational activities that help make this community a great place to live, work and raise a family,” said Matthew Laderman, vice president of mem property management, in a prepared statement.
