Towers Top Out in Suburban New York

AVE Hamilton Green in White Plains, N.Y. has topped out. The mall-to-housing conversion at a mixed-use property in White Plains is being developed by The Cappelli Organization, RXR and Korman Communities.
The community is located three blocks from the recently refurbished White Plains Metro North Train Station and a block from the White Plains Central Business District and will feature an array of floor plans, extending from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes. Also offered will be bi-level lofts and penthouse layouts, including fully furnished residences offering flexible lease terms for stays of 30 days or longer. Features and finishes of apartments include stainless steel appliances, soft-close wood cabinetry, quartz countertops and backsplashes, walk-in closets and floor-to-ceiling windows equipped with smart glass technology called View Glass. Amenities include a spa with private massage and infrared sauna rooms.
Phased completion
AVE Hamilton Green features a pair of residential building: 25 Cottage, a 12-story, 170-unit building, and 5 Cottage, a 26-story, 307-unit tower. The development also includes a 559-space underground parking garage, 55,000 square feet of open space and 39,000 square feet of commercial space. Phase II of development will bring 390 residential units, 405 self-park parking spaces and 45,000 square feet of commercial space. The phased completion of the project will unfold over this year and next.
