StreetLights Residential Kicks Off Midtown Atlanta Luxury Project
The company’s second upscale residential property in the metro will feature 300 units.
StreetLights Residential has broken ground on The Hadley, a 300-unit upscale community in Midtown Atlanta. This is the company’s second high-end project in the city. StreetLights Creative Studio, the developer’s in-house design company, serves as the architect.
Plans call for a 25-story high-rise at the intersection of Fifth and Juniper streets. The unit mix includes studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments ranging between 511 and 1,713 square feet. The amenity package will include a pool deck, coffee bar, resident bar and lounge, coworking spaces, pet spa, dog park, fitness center and flex studio.
The Hadley is proximate to Tech Square and The Georgia Institute of Technology, and provides access to two light rail MARTA stations, while Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is 20 minutes away. The transit-oriented property is close to Interstate 85, which also provides access to Interstate 75. Additionally, several tech companies such as Google, NCR and Honeywell have offices within 1 mile of the community.
Last November, a joint venture between StreetLights Residential and Westdale Real Estate Investment opened The Alastair at Aria Village, a 355-unit luxury property in Sandy Springs, Ga. BMO Harris Bank originated $61.5 million in construction financing for the project.
