StreetLights Residential Breaks Ground in Northwest Austin

The Elizabeth at Presidio, a 373-unit luxury community, marks the firm's second asset in the area and is situated within walking distance of the Lakeline Metrorail commuter station.

StreetLights Residential has broken ground on its second northwest Austin property, a luxury community branded The Elizabeth at Presidio. The company opened its first development in the area, The Michael at Presidio, in September 2016. The community offers 415 luxury apartmenst and townhomes, located near Lakeline Mall.

Situated at State Highway 45 & N. Lake Creek Parkway in Austin, The Elizabeth at Presidio is close to restaurants, shops, corporate offices and local attractions. It provides easy access to Highway 183, the Texas 45 Toll Road and is within walking distance of the Lakeline Metrorail commuter station.

The 373-unit asset will offer one- to three-bedroom floorplans, ranging in size from 504 to 1,938 square feet. Units will feature:

The team working on the luxury project includes architect Looney Ricks Kiss, landscape designer TBG Partners and interior designer Lauck Group. StreetLights Residential is the general contractor. Completion is anticipated for 2019.

Other Streetlights projects in Austin include the 19-story, 300-unit luxury high-rise The Catherine, which the firm sold in May 2016, and The Kenzie at the Domain, a six-story property with 279 units, completed in August 2014.

“Our first project in this area, The Michael, has seen rapid success and The Elizabeth will compliment this growing community with more social, communal and flexible spaces, and beautifully designed interiors,” StreetLights CEO Doug Chesnut said in a prepared statement.
