Columbia, S.C.–Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has hired Stephen M. Collins, a leading special assets and multifamily investment specialist in its Columbia office.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Collins was principal and managing partner of Collins Commercial Real Estate, a real estate investment and brokerage firm based in Charleston, SC.
