Stamford Waterfront Community Opens Doors
Building and Land Technology's Harbor Landing Apartments sits within a mixed-use development encompassing restaurants, a new boatyard, marina and a boardwalk.
Building and Land Technology has opened Harbor Landing Apartments, a 218-unit rental luxury community in Stamford, Conn. The property is part of the Harbor Landing live-work-play waterfront development, which includes restaurants, a new full-service boatyard, 120-slip marina and boardwalk.
The asset is located adjacent to the harbor, at 28 Southfield Ave. It sits in the vicinity of restaurants, retailers, apartments, public spaces and office buildings. Additionally, two bus stations and a nearby train station provide access throughout the entire area.
The smoke-free, pet-friendly Harbor Landing Apartments features a resort-style waterfront sundeck with pool and grills, common area with Wi-Fi, resident lounge, 24/7 fitness center and concierge services. The units include wood finish plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, walk-in closets and full-size washer/dryer, while most of them are equipped with private balconies overlooking Rippowam River.
“Our goal is to offer a variety of different residential options across our developments in Waterside and Harbor Point. Harbor Landing provides a unique coastal experience with outstanding views and waterfront access,” BLT Chief Operating Officer Ted Ferrarone said in a prepared statement.
