New York—Pet care services provider The Spot Experience, the top dog in its industry, has launched the first-ever full-scale onsite pet services residential amenity. The 9,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility is offered in partnership with Silverstein Properties on the lobby level of Silver Towers, along 42nd Street.

“We are thrilled to work with Silverstein Properties in delivering the first-of-its-kind amenity for pet owners at their two major properties in Midtown West,” says Mitch Marrow, founder and CEO of The Spot Experience. “This groundbreaking launch has propelled Spot to be the most highly sought-after competitive advantage for the developer community.”

The Spot Experience offers dog owners both exceptional convenience and comfort. In-facility and in-home services include concierge amenities, cage-free day care and overnight boarding, personalized walking, grooming training services, convenient retail products and other innovative pet care services.

“Through the most intensive training and certification process in the industry, Spot staff is unmatched in the level of care provided for pets,” Marrow reports. “Our use of innovative technology and customer service expertise creates the best atmosphere, and the only one that I’d personally ever bring my two beloved dogs to be cared for.”

Since its founding three years ago, The Spot Experience has continually teamed with the industry’s best-known developers, including Rose Associates, LeFrak, Argo and Rockrose. The company’s Spot Travel division provides an industry-leading safe and advanced animal air transportation program.

“Partnering with The Spot Experience allows us to take even better care of our tenants,” says Roger Silverstein, executive vice president of Silverstein Properties, Inc. “Now the 2,200 families that live at Silver Towers and River Place will have not only the best care for their dogs, but the most convenient care as well.”

The pet care amenity program offered by The Spot Experience is based on high standards of professionalism, credibility and accountability. Personnel and dog handlers employed by the company undergo rigorous background checks and are insured, licensed and bonded, the company reports. The company also offers a trained staff of veterinary technicians and animal behaviorists with more than 80 hours of training in Spot’s proprietary Human Alpha Instinct Method.

To celebrate the opening of the new location, The Spot Experience and Silverstein Properties will host a launch party on Wednesday, November 19.

Silver Towers is a 1.2-million-square-foot community that encompasses the entire square block along 42nd Street near the Hudson River.
