New York—Join us in a webinar that will address important legislative and regulatory trends that will impact submetering and other forms of utility and energy management.
Utility laws can significantly disrupt the bottom lines of owners and managers. The webinar will detail distinct pieces of legislation on the federal, state, municipal or utility levels that affect, or will affect, the utility and energy management sectors.

Foote will be joined by Mary Nitschke, director of ancillary services, at Prometheus Real Estate Group. At Promethues, Nitschke is responsible for managing utility consumption (water, sewer, trash, electricity, and gas), utility/utility reimbursement budgeting, mining for rebates, determining the ROI on efficiency projects, energy procurement, trash contract negotiations, and ancillary income.
