South Florida Luxury Development Lands $48M Financing

Forté Development has received a $47.5 million construction loan from 360 Capital Funding backing the development of Forté Luxe, a luxury boutique waterfront community in Jupiter, Fla. The property will feature 17 multi-level residences.

Michael Horowitz and Jordan Horowitz of Cooper Horowitz, a New York-based mortgage broker, arranged the financing on behalf of Forté Development. 360 Capital Funding is a New York-based non-conventional lender that finances real estate projects in the continental United States.

Construction is underway on the project, which is located at 12450 Crystal Cove Place and is slated for completion by the fourth quarter of 2025. Prices for the residences range from $4.35 million to $8 million. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is the exclusive sales team for the property.

The project’s development team includes Alfonso Jurado Architecture, Interiors by Steven G. and KAST Construction, the general contractor. KAST is also part of the development team for Wynwood Station, an eight-story 210-unit luxury community in Miami being built by Fifield Cos., in a joint venture with PGIM Real Estate. Completion is set for April 2025.

Forté Luxe highlights

The property is being constructed on a peninsula across the Intracoastal Waterway from Jupiter Island. Amenities at the luxury property will include 13 private boat slips for up to 60-foot vessels that can be purchased by residents. Other amenities include a resort-style pool and sun deck with entertainment areas.

The residences will range from 3,550 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet. Residences will have private garages with private interior elevators. Residences will feature full-height sliding glass windows and doors as well as spacious balconies. Features in the units will include engineered hardwood or large format porcelain flooring throughout the residence, premium lighting packages with recessed lighting, designer kitchens with European-inspired cabinetry, quartz countertops with a waterfall island and top-of-the-line appliances and plumbing fixtures. Bathrooms will include European cabinetry and quartz countertops, soaking tubs and glass-enclosed walk-in showers. The residences have walk-in closets and laundry rooms with full-size washers and dryers.
