Sonata Senior Living Adds Luxury Community to Portfolio

Providence One Partners completed the 128-unit assisted living and memory care facility in Kissimmee, Fla., in 2018.

Sonata Senior Living, in partnership with Providence One Partners, has expanded its property management portfolio with Sonata Hunter’s Creek, the 128-unit senior community formerly known as Sage Park Assisted Living and Memory Care in Kissimmee, Fla. Providence One Partners and Watercrest Senior Living Group broke ground on the community in 2017 and completed construction in 2018.

Sonata Hunter’s Creek sits on nearly 3.4 acres at 1701 Ball Park Road, 1 mile away from two shopping centers: Loop West and the 70-acre Crosslands. The property is adjacent to John Young Parkway, 3.8 miles north of downtown Kissimmee. AdventHealth is 2.8 miles south, while Osceola Regional Medical Center is 3.5 miles south.

The 107,000-square-foot community consists of 104 assisted living and 24 memory care units with studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans. Amenities include a restaurant and coffee bistro, a fitness room, game room and hair salon. Services offered include transportation, dining and 24-hour on-site nursing staff. The memory care component features the Positive Approach to Care concept for the treatment of dementia.
