Solomon Organization Wins Nine Awards from State Apartment Association

The annual “Best of Living Awards” program is an acknowledgement of excellence within the apartment industry in Central Pennsylvania.  Solomon’s Mayfair Manor at Grandview Heights community, in Lancaster, Pa., claimed the awards in the following categories: Overall Community Excellence; Maintenance Excellence; Curb Appeal Excellence; Marketing and Leasing Excellence; and the award for Community Service Recognition. Stone Mill Station, also in Lancaster, took an award in Marketing and Leasing Excellence. Berkshire Hills, in Sinking Spring, earned an award in Curb Appeal Excellence. The Hills at Lehigh and Lehigh Crossing, both located in Bethlehem, each won for Marketing and Leasing Excellence.In addition, Solomon also received two awards from the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia (AAGP). The Bucks Landing community, in Warminster, Pa., claimed the coveted award for Overall Community Excellence, and the award for Overall Website Design.  “We’ve taken great care to elevate these communities to be the highest class of apartments in the region, and we have always focused on maintaining our communities to meet the highest standards,” says Evan Rosen, managing director. The majority of Solomon’s award-winning properties offer newly renovated apartments and two- and three-bedroom townhomes. Mayfair Manor at Grandview Heights, which won several awards, features two- and three- bedroom units with renovated kitchens and full-sized washer and dryers, as well as private patio or balcony.
