New York-based Soho Properties has begun the sales process at 45 Park Place, a highly anticipated luxury condominium tower located in Lower Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood. The owner selected Stribling Marketing Associates’ Elizabeth Stribling, Sean Turner and Mary Cashman to handle the marketing and sales process for the upcoming 43-floor asset. Construction commenced in June 2016 and is expected to be complete in early 2019.
The building will encompass 50 uniquely designed, modern loft and tower residences envisioned by interior designer Piero Lissoni and architect Michel Abboud of SOMA Architects, with Ismael Leyva as architect of record. The designers came up with three different residential layouts. The first one is for the Loft Residences, which take up the sixth through 23rd floor and feature one-, two- and three-bedroom, ultra-modern apartments. The second collection covers the Tower Residences, located on floors 24 and 39 and comprising three- and four-bedroom, full-floor units with 11-foot ceiling heights and floor-to-ceiling glass curtain walls overlooking Manhattan. Both layouts will include white oak floors, custom-designed Italian limestone and marble lining, and state-of-the-art kitchens and bathrooms. Lastly, the building offers two duplex penthouses on the upper two floors. Award-winning architect Jean Nouvel was chosen to design the building’s plaza, garden and proposed museum.
“We look forward to the continued renaissance of this neighborhood as 45 Park Place comes to life,” Soho Properties Chairman & CEO Sharif El-Gamal said in a prepared remark.
Other amenities will include a permanently attended double-height lobby and garden, a 50-foot indoor pool and spa, fitness center and yoga studio, children’s playroom and a private residents’ lounge. Located in Tribeca’s New Downtown area, 45 Park Place is bounded by landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty, One World Trade Center, New York Harbor and the Empire State Building. It is also located minutes away from restaurants, shops, Fulton Center, the Tribeca Historic Districts and the Hudson River waterfront.
