Slideshow: Muse Luxury Tower Reaches Completion

John Moriarty & Associates recently topped off the 68-unit condo tower in Sunny Isles, Fla.

Sunny Isles, Fla.—The 68-unit Muse luxury condominium tower, located at 17100 Collins Ave. in Sunny Isles, Fla., was recently topped off by John Moriarty & Associates of Florida. Developed as a joint venture between Property Markets Group and S2 Developement, the glass tower is set to be completed by 2018.

The building offers two- and three-bedroom floorplans starting at 2,360 square feet. In addition, Muse units come fully finished with the state-of-the-art technology Smart Tech 2.0. This includes two private elevators with biometric technology; Smart Shades, which open and close to save energy while responding to sun position; biometric safes in every master suite that open to the resident’s fingerprint; high-definition cameras in the entry foyer and automated parking, which can be operated from the resident’s smartphone. Other interior features include 12-foot ceilings, Italian marble or wood floors, outdoor terraces with grills and televisions, eight-foot Italian entry doors, Sub-Zero/Wolf and Bosch appliances, walk-in master closets, a 75-inch television in the living room behind the mirror wall, Smart Glass in the kitchen island, which allows closing the kitchen off from the rest of the residence and speakers built into the walls.

The structure was designed by Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez Architects, with the common areas designed by Antrobus & Ramirez. Residents have access to amenities such as a breakfast room, Sky Garden penthouse, infinity pool with cabanas, spa and fitness center.
