SKK Developments and Grupe Co. have completed Q19, a 68-unit community in Sacramento, Calif. The project received a construction loan in 2017 and launched leasing in the second half of 2018, according to Yardi Matrix data. FPI Management was appointed to manage the property.
Located at 1907 Q St., the community is in the heart of Sacramento, near Interstate 80 and Freeway 50, approximately 10 miles from Sacramento McClellan Airport. Additionally, the property is within a few miles of both California State University and Sacramento City College, as well as being close to the city’s bus and tram lines.
The newly developed property occupies less than 1 acre and encompasses a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, averaging 650 square feet. The four-story building also features around 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The units feature quartz countertops, vinyl plank flooring, walk-in closets, washers/dryers, private entry and private balcony/patio. Communal area amenities include controlled access, 24-hour fitness center, pet spa and on-site parking.
SKK Development is also currently developing The Press @ Midtown Quarter, a 277-unit building with a retail component that is Sacramento’s largest new multifamily development in decades. The project is slated for completion by 2020.
