A clean, updated bathroom can do wonders for your community’s appeal. If only renovations weren’t costly and time consuming. There are few thing worse for your portfolio than empty units due to a complicated repositioning. When it comes to finding a new shower, things don’t have to be so bad.
The Ensemble shower enclosure from Sterling offers a quick and attractive solution to update an old shower or replace an existing bath with a stand-alone shower. The line recently received an update with the Medley unit, which can be installed on a tight schedule without the mess and hassle of caulk. The smooth, seamless and waterproof units installs via an interlocking design with Dry-Block seal and a unique channeled water containment system to prevent leaks.
Showers are available in two sizes: 60 inches by 30 inches and 60 inches by 32 inches. The units are light enough for one person to carry and feature ribs molded directly into the panels to eliminate bounce and create a solid, resilient feel. Ample shelving provides deep storage for even the largest of shampoo bottles.
All units are made of solid, lightweight Vikrell material, which provides added durability. The non-porous material is a Kohler exclusive made from compressing resins, fiberglass and filler. It is resistant to chipping, scratching, staining, cracking and peeling. As of August, the material carries the Greenguard Gold Certification aimed at improving indoor air quality.
