Silverstone Breaks Ground on Plano, Texas Seniors Living Community

Silverstone Healthcare Company has announced that it has broken ground on HarborChase of Plano, a 120-unit, Class A assisted living and memory care community in Plano, Texas.

Plano, Texas—Dallas-based owner/developer Silverstone Healthcare Company has announced that it has broken ground on HarborChase of Plano, a 120-unit, Class A assisted living and memory care community in Plano, Texas. Once complete, the community will be operated by Harbor Retirement Associates. Financial partners for the project include L&B Realty Advisors and the Dow Chemical Pension Fund.

Furthermore, we believe that Harbor Retirement Associates will offer the gold standard in assisted living and memory care services to our residents.”

Plans for HarborChase include a stylish living room along with a library, salon, spa and state-of-the-art wellness center. Additionally, the community will offer a multitude of dining venue options such as a sophisticated dining room, private dining, outdoor dining and an exhibition kitchen and bistro/coffee bar. A resident lounge is also in the works and that aims to provide residents with a place for relaxing and entertaining with other residents or visitors.

Floor plans for individual residences will be offered in several different styles and each resident at the community will receive a Personalized Service Plan and have access to a Life Enrichment Program that offers more than 20 activities to enrich their lives.

Texas Capital Bank is providing the construction funding for the community. Rogers O’Brian was selected as the contractor and BOKA Powell and Design Associates are serving as the architect and interior designer, respectively. Lincoln – Harris CSG provided brokerage services.
