According to Yardi Matrix data, the Class A property was previously owned by REA Investments and managed by Absolute Storage Management. Associate Michael Morrison of Midcoast Properties Inc. represented the regional buyer.
Completed in 2021, Clemson Climate Storage is a two-story building with climate-controlled units ranging from 25 to 200 square feet. On-site amenities include parking spaces, video surveillance and elevators, among others.

Yardi Matrix data shows the Greenville market comprised 296 self storage facilities totaling 11.1 million rentable square feet as of July. The sales volume amounted to 10 properties year-to-date, with only two Class A facilities in the mix. Additionally, Greenville rates for standard 10×10 non-climate-controlled units were up 5.1 percent year-over-year as of June, while rents for same size climate-controlled units were up 7.3 percent.
