Security Properties Establishes Property Management Firm

Seattle—Multifamily owner Security Properties Inc. has formed Madrona Ridge Residential, its new affiliated national property management firm.

John Orehek, president and CEO of Security Properties and CEO of Madrona Ridge Residential, says the company’s four decades of experience gives it valuable market knowledge, and that reestablishing its in-house property management capabilities will improve every aspect of its multifamily investment management and property performance.

Gail Duke has been hired as managing director of Madrona Ridge Residential, bringing with her 25 years of experience.
