By Anuradha Kher, Online News EditorNew York–In a unique advertising campaign, Savanna Partners, a New York-based developer, is using WildPostings at street entrances to subway stations, to market its new residential development in Williamsburg called 125 North 10th St.The ad campaign involves putting up WildPostings on the walls of highly trafficked transportation hubs in Brooklyn, and in the east village and parts of Chelsea in Manhattan.“This promotional technique exposes our project to tens of thousands of New York City residents, commuters and visitors on a daily basis,” says Shep Wainwright, principal of New York City-based Savanna Partners. In addition to WildPostings, Savanna Partners also recently posted three “Made in Brooklyn” video podcasts on the development’s Web site, featuring interviews with local artists and designers. Doug Bowen of CORE Group Marketing, director of sales for 125 North 10th Street, says, “The response to the postings thus far has been phenomenal. We began to expand the use of the WildPostings to promote this project because of its immediate popularity and its ability to catch the eye of nearly everyone who passes by.”The development is located on North 10th St., between Bedford Avenue and Berry Street, three blocks from the L train. The two-building luxury development features two furnished rooftop decks and 86 condominiums. Each of the development’s 55 unique floor plans is equipped with walk-in closets, 10-ft.-plus ceilings, Unitone security systems and Brazilian hardwood flooring. The buildings also have amenities including a billiards lounge and a multimedia room.Prices for a one-bedroom condo start at $575,000 and for a two-bedroom condo at $725,000. Three exclusive three-bedroom penthouses are also available.
