By Anuradha Kher, Online News Editor Brooklyn, N.Y.–At a unique locally themed opening party, Savanna Partners, a New York-based real estate development firm, launched its newest condominium project, located at 125 North 10th St. in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood.More than 300 people including brokers, developers, prospective buyers and buyers were invited to this Brooklyn-themed event, where everything from the food to the entertainment was locally sourced. The menu featured were mini sirloin burgers with Peter Luger Steakhouse sauce, pizza from Brick Oven Gallery and “DuMac & Cheese” from Dumont along with the Brooklyn Brewery beer and “The Brooklyn,” a beverage consisting of whiskey, sweet vermouth and Campari.The event included performances by the Blue Vipers of Brooklyn, a local band with Dixieland and ragtime elements, as well as Angie Pontani, a Coney Island burlesque performer.“The opening of 125 North 10th St. was a great way to introduce prospective buyers to the community,” says Shep Wainwright, principal of Savanna Partners. “We incorporated as many Brooklyn elements as possible into the opening event to stress the importance of the overall feel of the community to residents and guests,” says Wainwright. “This project celebrated Brooklyn’s profound culture. Every detail of the grand opening came from right here in Brooklyn.” 125 North 10th St. is located on North 10th St., between Bedford Avenue and Berry Street. It is a two-building complex with 86 homes featuring outdoor spaces such as the fully furnished rooftop decks. Each of the building’s 55 floor plans offers walk-in closets, 10-ft.-ceilings, Unitone security systems and sustainable Brazilian hardwood flooring. Amenities include a billiards lounge and a multimedia room.The condominiums range in price from $575,000 for a one-bedroom home to $725,000 for a two-bedroom.
