The property’s first class amenities include resort-style community areas, two salt-water pools, cabanas, pool-side barbecue areas, a lakeside entertainment deck, business center, gym with direct frontage on Tempe Town Lake, dog run, yoga lawn, social lounge/media room.
The community offers a unit mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Fourth floor loft residences provide double-height ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows. All units include luxury finishes, large windows, contemporary European design, and panoramic views of Tempe Town Lake and “A” Mountain. Per Yardi Matrix data, the property is subject to a $36,239,000 construction loan, originated by Comerica Bank in the summer of 2014.
