The condominiums are now on sale.To assist first-time homebuyers with financing, Kettler is arranging a free, on-site seminar on March 1 at Midtown Largo Station located at 8831 Lottsford Rd. Mortgage experts from Wachovia Bank will walk guests through the mortgage process including qualification requirements, credit scores and estimated closing costs. In addition, Kettler has appointed a dedicated settlement coordinator to help purchasers through the process from contract through settlement. There is an on-site warranty manager who will provide a detailed orientation of the home for each buyer.Each unit has a 10-year warranty through the Residential Warranty Co.Jamie Gorski, senior vice president and chief marketing officer of Kettler says, “We have made it more convenient for people to live where they work and play in a very upscale environment.”Midtown Largo Station includes amenities such as social lounge with tournament-style billiards, a multimedia theatre with a 105-in. projection television, wireless Internet, outdoor swimming pool with sundeck, sports and fitness club, indoor basketball court, controlled-access garage, and 24-hour concierge service.The condos have 9-ft. ceilings, views of natural, wooded areas and landscaped courtyards, fine hardwood cabinetry by Bruce Cabinets, stainless steel GE appliances, ceramic tile flooring in kitchens and baths, and designer bathrooms featuring oversized soaking tubs.
