Mack-Cali Realty Corp.-owned Roseland Residential Trust has opened Signature Place, a 197-unit luxury community in Morris Plains, N.J. Morris Plains Mayor Frank Druetzler and other town officials attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The community includes modern one- and two-bedroom units, featuring kitchens with stainless steel appliances, Caesarstone countertops and in-unit washers and dryers. The apartments also feature wood plank-style flooring and ceramic-tiled bathrooms with soaking tubs and USB ports, while some units offer private balconies and terraces.
