The design aesthetic of 6 West Apartments eschews the lodge look so common in mountain resort villages. Instead, it offers a more modern design complemented by materials and colors reflecting the surrounding Rocky Mountain scenery.
Located at 32532 Highway 6, the property is a 120-unit apartment community offering one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 626 to 1,126 square feet, featuring stainless steel Energy Star appliances. Rental property amenities include a community clubhouse, playground, business center, fitness center and full-sized storage units.
For Mission Rock Residential, 6 West Apartments represents the first management agreement with an apartment community in a Rocky Mountain ski town.

The community has a bus stop at its front door, permitting residents convenient transit to and from area employers, businesses and adjacent ski resort towns.
