RMK Management Opens 294-Unit Rental Community

Located at 2845 Easton St., the community features three mid-rise buildings offering studio, one- and two-bedroom residences with one to two baths and 24 rowhome floor plans.Rents for 507-sq.-ft. studios start at $830 per month. One-bedroom floor plans range from 772 to 820 sq. ft., with rents from $1,196 to $1,246 per month. Residences with two bedrooms and two baths are available from 1,101 to 1,206 sq. ft. and are $1,570 to $1,792 per month.  The Residences at the Grove also features a two-bedroom, two-bath rowhome plan with 1,735 sq. ft. and three levels of living space. Rent, which includes a private two-car, attached garage, starts at $2,417 per month. All residences include condominium-quality finishes such as granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, 42-in. birch cabinets, nine- to 10-ft. ceilings, and expansive private balconies with sliding glass doors. “There is a real demand for new-construction, suburban luxury rental living today, which we’ve seen with the success of Regency Place, our community in Oakbrook Terrace,” says Tony Rossi, Jr., vice president of RMK Management. Every apartment at the Residences at the Grove also includes an in-unit washer and dryer; vertical blinds on all windows; and a built-in computer niche, with storage cabinets and a prewired outlet for Internet access. Baths feature cultured marble countertops, ceramic flooring and linen closets. Select plans feature separate glass showers and soaking tubs. The Residences at the Grove also includes a 4,092-sq.-ft. clubhouse for residents to use. It includes a business center with computer stations, conference area and faxing and printing capabilities; cyber café with kitchenette, coffee bar and computer stations set up with Internet access; and a lounge area with couches and a flat-screen TV. The community’s management office is also located in the clubhouse, where residents can take advantage of the community’s full-service concierge service and package receiving.  The clubhouse also features a state-of-the-art fitness center with the latest in exercise equipment, including free weights, elliptical machines and treadmills, all with individual flat-panel TVs. Further, it includes restroom facilities, which provide direct access to the outdoor swimming pool and sundeck. “When designing the Residences at the Grove, we wanted to include little touches that offer our residents the utmost convenience, such as including free Wi-Fi throughout all common areas, including the pool deck. We also looked for ways to make living at the community as relaxing as possible, which is why we’re building a reflection pool and seating area adjacent to the BBQ area, with grilling stations and an outdoor fireplace,” says Rossi. According to Rossi, residents will receive an electronic key that will give them 24-hour access to the shared amenities and direct access to their residence. In case the key is lost, it can be immediately disabled and replaced.
