RKW Residential Adds 5 Communities to Management Portfolio

RKW Residential has added five communities to its management portfolio. The assets total more than 1,500 units and are located in North Carolina and Florida.
RKW has started handling operations at The Stratford, on behalf of Prudential Real Estate. This is the first partnership between the manager and the institutional investor. The 244-unit community is located in Miami and comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
The manager has also started operating at Southpoint Crossing in Raleigh, N.C. This is the firm’s second collaboration with Starlight U.S. Multifamily Core Plus Fund. The owner recently acquired the 288-unit, garden-style property. Southpoint sits on 26 acres and comprises 13 buildings.
The other new managing assignments include:
- Blu at Northline, a 377-unit community developed by Panorama Holdings in Charlotte, N.C.;
- Enclave at Delray Beach, a 224-unit community in Delray Beach, Fla;
- Pacific Point, a 420-unit, garden-style property in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
The firm manages more than 20,000 units across six states.
