Riverstone Residential Group Names Heather Straub Vice President, Operations Florida Region

Boca Raton, Fla.—Riverstone Residential Group, a privately owned, third-party multifamily property management company, has named Heather Straub vice president, operations, Florida Region. Straub brings 20+ years of extensive property management experience to her new role with Riverstone.

Straub will work with a team of five regional managers and assist in the oversight of 40 Florida communities totaling over 10,000 units. In addition, she will play an active role in new business development for Florida.

Straub’s expertise spans portfolio management acquisitions, dispositions, property repositioning, and renovations. Prior to joining Riverstone, Straub served as vice president of operations for the Bainbridge portfolio located in the Southeastern United States. Previously, she was a regional manager for Trammell Crow Residential Services in South Florida with oversight of 5,100 units. She is a licensed real estate salesperson and has served on the board of directors for the Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Apartment Associations.
