RIVERGATE KW RESIDENTIAL has expanded its Charlotte, N.C. portfolio by adding Eastover Ridge Apartments, a 424-unit community, under its management.
Located at 3600 Eastover Ridge Drive, in the historic Eastover neighborhood, the property offers convenient access to uptown Charlotte. Bank of America Stadium, Time Warner Cable Arena, EpiCentre, the Wells Fargo Cultural Campus and various restaurants, bars and clubs are also nearby.

According to Yardi Matrix, the luxury community was 92 percent occupied as of April. Back in September 2017, Rivergate was selected to manage another Charlotte, N.C. luxury community.
