Rittenhouse Realty Facilitates Sale of Philly Luxury Property
The new building features several interior and exterior high-end amenities and provides residents with immediate access to the city's busiest areas.
Rittenhouse Realty Advisers has brokered the sale of The Bradford, a 26-unit luxury community in Philadelphia’s Center City. Dalzell Capital Partners acquired the property for $8.6 million from developer Alterra Property Group, which completed construction in 2017.
The community is located at 507-515 S. 8th St. and totals 18,809 net rentable square feet. Units are outfitted with high-end finishes, including stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, washers, dryers and smart thermostats. Common-area amenities include a green roof, outdoor lounge, barbecue area, dog run and a modern intercom system.
The Bradford is situated in the heart of Philadelphia, minutes away from numerous dining, shopping and entertainment venues. A number of parks and historic landmarks are located within close proximity to the community, which is less than a mile from several train and metro stations. Employment opportunities are also present, as the city’s central business district is a short drive away. Among the largest nearby employers are Pennsylvania Hospital and Jefferson University Hospital.
In July of this year, Rittenhouse Realty Advisors was involved in another transaction in Philadelphia by brokering the $12.3 million sale of Marshall Square. The 144-unit community located in Camp Hill was acquired by Post Road Management.
