“Denver has experienced a recent rise in new supply, generating excitement for luxury apartments that are markedly different than those built in the past. When building a new property, then, the focus becomes tailoring details to the lifestyle to better compete with newer projects while providing the higher-end resident with unique and thoughtful features,” Meredith Wright, executive vice president of Mission Rock Residential, told MHN. “Since Denver is known for its outdoor lifestyle, creating a product that is environmentally and energy friendly with views of the natural terrain prioritizes the natural beauty of Colorado. Standing out amongst the new options for apartment living with specific finishing touches is key to attracting and maintaining satisfied residents.”
