Reservations Start for Luxury Condo Project in N.J.

The Jefferson, located eight miles from Princeton and 65 miles from New York City, is comprised of 10 distinct three-story buildings featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms and up to 1,600 square feet of living space. All condominiums are equipped with features such as Wilsonart laminate countertops in the kitchen and master bathroom, 42-inch thick oak cabinetry, maple vanity in the bathroom, electric fireplace, nine-ft. ceilings, six-ft. soaking tub and ceramic tile in the master bathroom, security system with intercom and private balcony or terrace. “Everybody is interested in our price,” Paul T. Csik, senior vice president of American Properties Realty, tells MHN. “It’s like ‘welcome back affordability.’ It’s a low price point for a central location,” he says of Jefferson’s two-bedroom residences, cost of which begins at $222,990. Occupancy is expected to begin in late 2008.“There is a great deal of demand for the two-bedroom product from young professionals and young married couples,” says Csik. “The 400 new residents who will move into the neighborhood with this project’s completion, and will help promote the economic activity of the town,” adds Csik.The Jefferson Clubhouse offers a fitness center with treadmills, stair climbers, stationary bikes, free weights and lifting machines; a magnificent club room with lounge area, fireplace and kitchen. The grounds will be professionally landscaped and the streetscapes will be lined with trees. An outdoor pool, a bocce ball court, and a children’s lot will be available for residents’ leisure.
