Renaissance Centro Develops 360-Unit Luxury Community

Virginia-based developer Renaissance Centro announced that it has broken ground on Parc Reston, a multifamily community in Reston, Va.

Reston, Va.—Virginia-based developer Renaissance Centro has broken ground on Parc Reston, a multifamily community in Reston, Va. Renaissance Centro has also developed Stratford House and Carlton House in the area.

Parc Reston includes 360 units with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Additionally, the community has two floors of penthouse units. Apartments feature open floor plans, full and French balconies, full-size washers and dryers, walk-in closets and gourmet kitchens with granite countertops.

Amenities for the community include a fitness center with an indoor lap pool, yoga/pilates room and a spinning studio; concierge service; cyber café; demonstration kitchen; media room; and party room. The roof also features an outdoor pool, sun deck, garden area and clubroom.

Parc Reston is also a walkable community. It is located near Reston Parkway, as well as employment centers, shopping, a hospital, library, child-care centers and a grocery store.

“We are very excited to be building in Reston again,” Douglas Erdman, partner, Renaissance Centro, tells MHN. “Located adjacent to Reston Town Center and in close proximity to the new Metro station opening in 2013, our residents will be able to walk and enjoy all the amenities of Town Center along with Metro access to the Washington Metropolitan area.”
