Related Unveils New Luxury Tower in Manhattan’s Carnegie Hill

New York—Carnegie Hill, one of Manhattan’s most desirable neighborhoods, is now the site of more luxury thanks to a newly-built apartment tower from Related Cos. Located at 205 E. 92nd St., The Easton offers high-end finishes and home automation technology, as well as a family-friendly environment on the Upper East Side.

The 39-story luxury tower will feature amenities for kids, including: a custom under-the-sea-themed playroom with an outdoor play area; a teen room and game area; study nooks and private tutoring; and soundproof music rehearsal rooms with Steinway & Sons pianos, according to Bryan Cho, executive vice president of Related Cos. But parents are certainly not left out; they have access to a full-service onsite Equinox with juice bar and spa, 39th floor penthouse amenity lounge, dining room, outdoor landscaped terraces and panoramic views of Central Park, the East River and the Manhattan skyline.

Designed by Handel Architects, The Easton features 230 residents with one- to four-bedroom floor plans, with one-bedrooms starting at 770 square feet and four-bedrooms ranging up to 2,200 square feet. Luxury touches are seen throughout with one- and two-bedroom units including oak cabinetry, oak wood flooring and high ceilings while the three- and four-bedrooms, known as the Tower Residences, begin on the 30th floor and feature 10-foot ceilings, separate eat-in kitchens and Sub-Zero refrigerators and wine coolers. Residents also have access to high-tech amenities like Bluetooth-enabled smartphone entry, Nest wireless thermostats, and Lutron Caseta advanced wireless lighting and dimming controls. The Tower Residences also feature Lutron wireless-controlled shades and master bathrooms with wireless-controlled radiant floor heating.

Other high-end services include a 24-hour concierge, onsite bicycle parking and storage, housekeeping and dry cleaning services and a mail room with refrigerator and freezer storage. As pat of Related’s offerings, residents will also have access to Related Style Services®, which includes a Resident Service Specialist, move-in coordination, in-home package delivery, and the option to join Related’s Partner Offer rewards program.

Residents looking to venture out are also in close proximity to Michelin-starred restaurants and well-known private and public schools. Cultural attractions like the 92nd Street Y, the National Academy and the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museums are also close by.

Occupancy is slated for May 2016, with prices for one-bedroom rentals starting at $4,400, two-bedrooms at $7,550, three-bedroom Tower Residences at $11,995 and four-bedrooms at $15,995.
