Related Companies and The Beal Companies Sell Boston Penthouse for $6.5M

Boston—Related Companies and The Beal Companies announced that the 3,500 square foot Penthouse 1 at The Clarendon has been sold for $6.5 million, or $1,834 per square foot. This represents the first collaboration between the two companies.

Penthouse 1, which is located on the 31^st floor of the Boston condominium, is part of The Clarendon’s Penthouse Collection. Penthouses in this collection feature a great room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a library, three bedrooms and three en suite bathrooms. The master bedrooms include walk-in closets and over-sized master bathrooms with tubs, separate showers and double vanities. Penthouse 1 also includes a private terrace.

The building, which has achieved LEED Silver Certification, features wood paneling, marble flooring and an art collection by artist Sol LeWitt in the lobby. The Clarendon also features the Assouline Culture Lounge, which features a library.

Amenities for the building include a fitness center, landscaped outdoor terrace, a nautical-themed playroom and a business center.

Residents of the building can take part in Related Style Services, which includes a personal assistant.

There are currently only two penthouses still available in The Clarendon.
