Prudential Mortgage Capital Expands in St. Louis
Robyn Cunningham and Adrian Hartman have joined the firm as principals with the originations team in the new office.

St. Louis—Prudential Mortgage Capital Co. is growing its multifamily and healthcare originations team in the Midwest with a new St. Louis office. Robyn Cunningham and Adrian Hartman have joined the firm as principals with the originations team in the new St. Louis office. Prudential Mortgage Capital Co. is the commercial mortgage lending business of PGIM, the global investment management businesses of Prudential Financial Inc.
Prudential Mortgage Capital Hires Robyn Cunningham and Adrian Hartman
Cunningham and Hartman are now responsible for originating multifamily and health care loans across platforms including for senior housing. They report to Patrick Kempton, a principal with the firm’s originations team.
PMCC is opening its first office in Missouri as it continues to expand its lending capabilities in response to client demand in the region and nationally.

Cunningham joins PMCC from Love Funding Corp., where she was a senior director responsible for loan origination. She had been with the firm more than 35 years, holding various positions in which she originated, underwrote and closed FHA and other transactions. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from Southwestern Illinois College and attended Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
Hartman also comes to PMCC from Love Funding, where he was a director responsible for originating multifamily and healthcare loans. He had been with the firm for more than 10 years. He previously held various other roles at the firm, including senior underwriter & vice president, responsible for underwriting, as well as developing and managing the underwriting team. He graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a dual major in finance & banking and real estate. Adrian is a MAP and LEAN approved underwriter.
