Southern Land Opens First Denver Community

The 302-unit luxury property is located a few miles northwest of downtown Denver, in close proximity to the Denver International Airport. Centric LoHi also offers approximately 9,300 square feet of retail space.

Southern Land Co. opened its first Denver development, Centric LoHi, a 302-unit mixed-use community in the city’s Lower Highland neighborhood. Recently, the company unveiled its plans for Morada Plano, another mixed-use development in Plano, Texas.

Upgraded amenities

The two four-story buildings feature a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 487 to 1,312 square feet. Residents will have access to various amenities such as an outdoor resort-style saltwater pool with hot tub, rooftop deck area, 24-hour fitness center, three courtyards with outdoor kitchens, a clubroom with fireplace and lounge, covered bike storage, dog park and a game room with an arcade. The pet-friendly property offers approximately 9,300 square feet of retail space which will be home to The Bindery and Marcella’s restaurants. Additionally, Centric LoHi offers 332 parking spaces.

Located at 2525 18th St., the community is just a few miles northwest of downtown Denver. Highland offers a mix of shopping and diverse cultural venues such as The National Geographic Traveler, Wilderness Exchange Unlimited, Theatre District/Convention Center and Union Station LoDo-Coors Field. The Denver International Airport is only 24 miles away. According to data provider Yardi Matrix, the community had an average rental rate of $2,116 as of August. 

“Centric LoHi is the perfect community for residents who want upgraded amenities and easy access to all Denver has to offer,” said Cindy DeFrancesco, senior vice president at SLC.
