Sentinel Peak Capital Partners has entered the Houston market with its acquisition of Lakebridge Apartments from an undisclosed seller.

JLL Capital Markets’ team of Chip Nash, Bob Heard, Greg Austin, Chris Young, Joey Rippel, Chris Curry and Todd Marix represented the seller and also procured the buyer. JLL’s Campbell Roche and James Brolan led the team who arranged the floating-rate acquisition financing for Sentinel that was provided by Voya Investment Management.

Located at 300 Woerner Road in northern Houston, the 272-unit Lakebridge Apartments offers one- and two-bedroom floorplans that average 896 square feet. The units are spread between 19 two-story buildings on a 13.2-acre site and the property includes amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, walking trails, dog park, putting green and 538 covered parking spaces.

Lakebridge Apartments was originally built in 1984 as condos and a second phase was added in 2001. The community’s ground-floor units were also recently renovated.

Elsewhere in the city, Nash and Heard also represented the seller in the sale of a historic 79-unit loft community in downtown Houston.
